PALEMBANG – Students from the Faculty of Computer Science (Fasilkom) at Sriwijaya University continue to demonstrate their commitment to producing competent digital talent in the field of network infrastructure. Four students who are members of the Computer Network and Information Security Science Group (COMNETS), namely Indra Wicaksono, Edo Pratama, Septiani Kusuma Ningrum, and Risky Wahyuni, successfully completed the MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) international certification exam.
This success was achieved on January 15, 2024 after the students underwent a series of technical exams that tested their in-depth understanding of the RouterOS operating system and MikroTik device-based network management. The MTCNA certification itself is a global industry standard for network professionals to validate their ability to configure, manage, and operate routers on a medium scale.
COMNETS extends its congratulations and best wishes to the students for their achievement. This success is expected to motivate other students to continue improving their technical competency standards beyond the formal academic curriculum so that they are better prepared to meet the demands of the industry in the future.
