Congratulations to Dr. Huda Ubaya, M.T., and his team on successfully advancing to the finals of the 2026 Indonesia Chip Hackathon Challenge.
This achievement was made possible through collaboration with students from the Computer Systems Study Program’s Class of 2023: Ahmad Dani Nursyah, Aulia Putri Raffliana, and Aisyah Putri Ramadhani Rafael.
In this competition, themed “Designing Chips for Real-World Impact,” the team proposed an innovation titled “PADAN: An On-Chip Biometric Matching Accelerator with ABFT-Based Computational Integrity.” This innovation is part of the students’ efforts to develop chip-based technological solutions that address real-world needs.
Hopefully, their success in advancing to the finals will serve as motivation to continue developing innovations, strengthening collaboration, and producing technological works that benefit society.
