PALEMBANG – In an effort to promote a culture of innovation and scientific literacy in the workplace, PLN UID S2JB held a Seminar on Scientific Writing and Innovation on December 18-19, 2023. With the theme of Industry 5.0 adaptation, this event featured academic experts and internal practitioners as the main speakers.
The seminar featured Prof. Deris Stiawan, Ph.D., who presented strategies for building innovative thinking in the Industry 5.0 era as well as techniques for competitive scientific journal publication. On the other hand, Djayatas Utama provided practical guidance on the systematic writing of innovation papers in accordance with corporate standards. Through this synergy, PLN UID S2JB is committed to producing human resources who are not only operationally superior but also capable of documenting technical breakthroughs in the form of professionally recognized scientific works.
