PALEMBANG – The Computer Network and Information Security (COMNETS) Research Group at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University continues to expand its contributions beyond the academic environment. In an effort to support innovation in the corporate sector, COMNETS' lead researchers successfully held a Lecturer Expertise Recognition event at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra, Jambi, and Bengkulu Distribution Unit (S2JB) on December 20, 2023.
This activity, packaged in the form of a Writing Seminar, involved innovation participants from within PLN S2JB. The presence of COMNETS research lecturers served as a bridge between the latest academic theory and practical industry needs, particularly in formulating innovative ideas into structured scientific papers.
Strategic Collaboration This activity reaffirms COMNETS' position not only as an internal research center but also as a strategic partner for State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in human resource development and technological innovation. Through this recognition of expertise, it is hoped that the synergy between Sriwijaya University and PT PLN S2JB will continue to create relevant digital solutions for the challenges of the electricity and information security sectors in the future.
