COMNETS Talks: Effective ways to identify research problems and how to find them in scientific articles

Keluarga Besar Mahasiswa dan Alumni COMNETS Research Group dengan bangga mengucapkan Selamat dan Sukses kepada Prof. Ir. Deris Stiawan, M.T., Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN Eng. atas keberhasilannya meraih Hibah Mobility Research untuk Diaspora Berdampak Tahun 2026, program hibah yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Bina Talenta Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Direktorat Jenderal Riset dan Pengembangan, Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia.
Kolaborasi ini melibatkan diaspora Indonesia di Al-Baha University, Prof. Dr. Rahmat Budiarto, dalam pengembangan riset pada bidang kepakaran Cyber Security, Intrusion Detection Systems, IoT Security, IPv6, Security for Industrial Control Systems, Computer Networks, Security and Privacy in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks, serta Traffic Classification.
Kolaborasi strategis ini juga melibatkan sejumlah perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, yaitu Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED), Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPN Veteran Jakarta), Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi, sebagai bentuk sinergi dalam memperkuat ekosistem riset nasional dan internasional.
Semoga prestasi ini menjadi inspirasi untuk terus berkarya, berinovasi, dan memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi dunia pendidikan, penelitian, dan masyarakat yang luas di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

The COMNETS Research Group’s extended family of students and alumni proudly extends its congratulations and best wishes to Prof. Ir. Deris Stiawan, M.T., Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN Eng., on his success in securing the 2026 Mobility Research Grant for High-Impact Diaspora, a grant program organized by the Directorate of Research and Development Talent Development, Directorate General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
This collaboration involves an Indonesian diaspora member at Al-Baha University, Prof. Dr. Rahmat Budiarto, in the development of research in the fields of cybersecurity, intrusion detection systems, IoT security, IPv6, security for industrial control systems, computer networks, security and privacy in vehicular ad-hoc networks, and traffic classification.
This strategic collaboration also involves several universities in Indonesia, namely Jenderal Soedirman University (UNSOED), Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPN Veteran Jakarta), Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD), and Muhammadiyah University of Kotabumi, as a form of synergy to strengthen the national and international research ecosystem.
