PALEMBANG (February 6, 2024) — Kicking off its academic agenda for 2024, the UNSRI ACM Student Chapter successfully held the "1st COMNETS Talk - ACM Student Chapter Series" event. This event is part of a series of international webinars that are also listed in the official ACM global calendar of events for February 2024.
The webinar, which was held online, was attended by dozens of participants consisting of students, researchers, and practitioners in the field of information technology. The discussion in this inaugural series focused on the development of distributed systems and networks, in line with current global research trends.
The success of this event demonstrates the existence of the UNSRI ACM Student Chapter in providing an inclusive and internationally recognized scientific discussion platform. Through regular activities such as this, COMNETS and ACM are committed to continuing to improve digital literacy and advancing computer science research at the University of Sriwijaya.
