On behalf of the editor board and colleague, we thrilled to welcome you to Board of COMNETS EXPERT VIEW. We are honored to have you join us and look forward to your experties.

Prof. Dr. Basheer Riskhan has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science at Huazhong University of Science and Technology China. Dr. Basheer has an immense university/industry experience in several countries. He served as an academician and in a management position at the middle and top levels.  Snowballing, he has 17 years of experience as an academician, and he served as a Lecturer, Senior lecturer, and Associate Professor. In a management position, he served as a Software Engineer, administrator, and Vice Director of foreign affairs. Currently, he is serving as Dean of the School of Computing and Informatics at Albukhary International University, Malaysia. He contributed several years as a Chief Examiner and Chief of the Evaluation Panel at the Examination Department, Ministry of Education in Information Technology, and a member of the curriculum development team at the National Institute of Education Sri Lanka. Besides academics and management, Dr. Basheer is also an excellent researcher in the domain of Data science, Big data, Cloud Counting, Machine Learning, and virtualization. He published many indexed journals in these domains and supervised students at the post-graduate level. He is also part of several active research groups and a member of research societies. Also, he provides his services as a reviewer in numerous journals and conferences. He received several awards for his research contribution, i.e., a Ph.D. scholarship award, an Outstanding Paper Presenter award, and “The Best Teacher in My Heart” award.
